The Bush Administration has vacated any concern for intelligence agency oversight. Believe me, I ain't no Clinton fan or a fan of the illegal wars that Democrats have started. But at least they feigned to care about intelligence oversight, with a lingering memory of the MK-Ultra and Nixon-era abuses.
